Can scraping damage the glass?

Not when it's done right. We check every pane for tempered or tinted markings before any scraping, work the blade wet at the correct angle, and never dry-scrape. Most damage you see on new construction comes from rushed crews working dry — that's not how we work.

When in the build should I schedule this?

After the painters, finishers, and general clean-up crews are done — final pass before move-in, listing photos, or staging. Earlier than that and the glass gets dirty again immediately.
